Fostering Hope is a Collective Impact Initiative that promotes optimum child and youth development by supporting vulnerable families, encouraging connections between neighbors, strengthening collaboration, intentionally pursuing quality
and accountability, and advocating for family friendly public policy.
This public/private collaboration is one of four projects in the nation selected for
funding by the Quality Improvement Center on Early Childhood, USDHHS.
